What should I do?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> Complete the transcript inquiry form on the &#8220;Transcript Information&#8221; page.  Once your inquiry is processed, a court reporter will contact you to provide the estimated number of pages and the estimated cost for the transcript.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>QUESTION:  <\/strong>Can you send the transcript to my incarcerated family member?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> Court reporters typically provide transcripts via email in PDF format.  If you are requesting a printed transcript be sent directly to someone incarcerated, you must first determine whether the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bop.gov\/locations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bureau of Prisons<\/a> location will accept the transcript for delivery to the prisoner.  If so, then you must provide the court reporter with the prisoner&#8217;s location name, address, and BOP register number.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>QUESTION:  <\/strong>I need to get the papers for a case.  How do I do that?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> Court reporters are able to provide a transcript of proceedings, which is a verbatim record of the proceedings held in court.  If you need the court docket printout and\/or other court-filed document, you must contact the Clerk&#8217;s Office.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohnd.uscourts.gov\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here<\/a> for the contact information of each Clerk&#8217;s Office.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>QUESTION:  <\/strong>Can I get the transcript today?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> Most likely not.  Transcripts are produced based on requested delivery times, appropriate financial arrangements being made, and also court reporter availability. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>QUESTION:  <\/strong>How do I pay for a transcript?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> Each court reporter will provide their payment options.  Some court reporters are able to provide electronic payment options such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and\/or credit card processing.  Other court reporters may require cash, money order, and\/or bank check. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>QUESTION:  <\/strong>Can I get an audio recording of a hearing?<ul><li><strong>ANSWER: <\/strong> When a court reporter is present for the proceedings, no audio recording is available.
